Yes, that is the Platform plan: RFID cards against a whitelist you control, with the same dashboard, tariffs and settlement. Add the app later without moving platforms.
Provisioning your workspace, connecting and testing your chargers, your tariffs, domain and certificates, the branded build, and getting it through Apple and Google review. It is work done by people, once.
The fee covers running the platform in the quiet months; the commission is for collecting your money, and only happens when you are selling. The fee is flat however large the estate gets, and larger estates negotiate the commission down.
Yes, on Extended, and as standard on Enterprise: your own database and OCPP endpoint in a region you choose, for $3,500 to provision and $600 a month on top of your plan. Nothing changes for drivers or in the dashboard.
In steps, and the early ones cost your drivers nothing: a notice in the dashboard at 3 days, payouts held at 7, the dashboard read-only at 14, and only at 21 days do chargers stop accepting new sessions. A running session is never cut off, and paying lifts every step automatically.
There is a sandbox: connect one charger, run test sessions and see a branded build before your first month is billed. The setup fee is refundable until your build begins.
